A steel coil slitting machine is equipment designed to cut wide rolls of metal material longitudinally and then rewind the cut narrow strips into rolls. Grease the screw rod oil hole daily, remove foreign objects and dust from the screw rod, blades, blade seat, blade holder, and sliding guide column, and apply oil.
Lubricate the transmission chain and gears every half month, and check the screws to prevent loosening and damage to the machine.
Check for looseness in the chain and transmission belt monthly.
When film coating and paper pulling rollers are not in use, they should be lifted to a high position and not pressed on the active rubber roller to avoid deformation. Use neutral detergent for cleaning the paper-pulling and film-coating rubber rollers; do not use gasoline or turpentine to prevent premature aging.
When the steel coil slitting machine is not in use, wipe the machine surface with a towel or soft cloth to keep the machine clean and neat.
When idle, the steel coil slitting machine should have oil seals applied to the screw rods, blades, blade seats, and other components. Electroplated parts should be oiled to prevent rust.
